March to October 1992 our Lady Caller, Edith Heitger (just 17 years old in this time), taught her first Square Dance Class. Those 20 Students from Leverkusen and environment already decided after two months Square Dance instruction to found an independent club. On 31 October 1992 we celebrated the club foundation. The entry in the register of associations arrived at 1 November 1992. Our club is member of the EAASDC, European Association of American Square Dancing Clubs e. V., the " Tanzsportverband Nordrhein-Westfalen" (federation for dance sports of the region), the " Deutschen Tanzsportverband" (federation for dance sports in Germany), the " Landessportbund" (federation for all sports) and the "SportBund Leverkusen", ( sport federation of  Leverkusen). 

We dance every Friday, 20:00 to 22:00 h in the sports hall of the primary school "Im Steinfeld, in Leverkusen Buerrig". Now our club has about 100 members.
